Important Notice
This is a summary of key rules. For complete details, please refer to the full CC&Rs and Bylaws available in the Documents section. All homeowners are responsible for knowing and following all community rules.
- Lawns must be mowed regularly and kept free of weeds
- Exterior paint must be approved by the Architectural Review Committee
- Trash containers must be stored out of sight except on collection days
- Visible exterior modifications require prior approval
- Holiday decorations may be displayed 30 days before and removed within 10 days after the holiday

Warning Notice
Initial courtesy notice sent requesting compliance within 14 days

Second Notice
Formal violation letter with 7 days to cure or request hearing

Hearing & Fine
Board hearing if not cured; fines may be imposed per governing documents
