Our Mission
To maintain and enhance the quality of life in Vintage Springs by preserving property values, fostering a sense of community, and ensuring our neighborhood remains a desirable place to live.
HOA Dues & Administration
Annual Dues Structure
$600 per year
Due by January 31st for annual payment
Quarterly assessments of $150.00 are due by the 15th of January, April, July, and October.
Monthly assessments of $50.00 are due by the 1st of each month.
Late Fee Policy:
If payment is not received by the 15th of the month, a $5 late fee will be added and will continue to be charged each month until the balance is paid in full.
