The Holiday Yard of the Month 2025 was awarded to Kimberly Rutledge of 104 North Founders Way. Thank you Kimberly for an outstanding job bringing a festive look and Christmas cheer to our neighborhood.
The community pool will be closed for maintenance from December 5-7. This is routine maintenance to ensure the pool remains safe and clean for all residents.
The November board meeting covered budget planning for 2025, landscaping updates, and new community guidelines. Full minutes are available for review.
We are excited to announce that new playground equipment has been installed at the community park. The equipment meets all safety standards.
Please note that trash collection will be delayed by one day during the Thanksgiving week. Regular schedule resumes the following week.
